Using your submitted checklist of items to be included in your e-book, we go forth with the writing of your 25–35-page e-book. Our contract should state; there is no upfront cost. The sales/commissions from the sales of your e-book will be 50% to you and 50% to the writer of the e-book. These commissions continue until e-book is no longer listed in a commission agreement with the Baker group. Initially, the e-book publisher holds royalties on any and all books for the first 60 days. Thus, 2 months of your royalties will always be held back.
